The groundwork for Livingston Management & Security Consulting, LLC was laid by Olin Scott Livingston while working a variety of odd jobs for several individuals and small business owners. Mr. Livingston recognized a need for a business that would provide personalized services to individuals and administration support services for small businesses to help manage the details of their daily operations, thus eliminating the busy work from their schedules and allowing them to focus on the big picture. Mr. Livingston found that in many cases it wasn’t even a question of whether his clients could do the work themselves; the fact of the matter was they just did not have time. |  |
| In 2008 Mr. Livingston founded Help! Personal Management Services, a “jack-of-all-trades” company specializing in a wide variety of daily administrative tasks for busy professionals and small businesses. Mr. Livingston realized that as people’s lives become more hectic, juggling work, family, social activities and other daily responsibilities, many people think to themselves, “If only I had another pair of hands”. Help! Personal Management Services took the responsibilities of a personal/executive assistant to a whole new level. Mr. Livingston recognized a need to create a company to make people’s lives a little easier, either for a few hours or several weeks, depending on their needs. |
Help! Personal Management Services offered an individualized and confidential service for people who needed a little help organizing and managing their small businesses or daily lives, but were not at the point where they wanted or needed to hire a full or part time employee. |
 | In 2011 Mr. Livingston re-organized his business as a Limited Liability Company and renamed it Livingston Management & Security Consulting. The company was divided into two seperate operating divisions: Livingston Solutions offers small businesses and individuals a wide range of actual services, specializing in administration, organization and logistics. By taking the busy work out of clients’ hands it allows them to focus on the big picture. Livingston Security Consulting provides businesses with expert consulting and informational services regarding operations management and physical security, enabling clients to make more informed decisions regarding their needs. |
